American Water Summit - A Better Future For USA Water Industry

On November 3rd, The Global Water Intelligence (GWI) held it's first American Water Summit in Washington DC to discuss and evaluate the new environment and new direction of the American water industry. Among CEOs from major water companies like Veolia, GE and American Water, the top level summit included keynote speeches from Robert Kennedy Jr, currently serving as Chief Prosecuting Attorney for the Hudson Riverkeeper and President of the Waterkeeper Alliance.

As USA water industry faces growing challenges in terms of political and financial support, scarcity, and infrastructure renewal, the American Water summit was the first conference to foster the exchange of views and opinions from water companies, leaders in academia, policy-makers, and government officials.
A perfect blend of informal networking and good (in-depth in some cases) presentations.
- Jorge Arroyo, Director of Special Projects, Texas Water Development Board
This is the best event in the industry: very useful, very well run and most enjoyable.
- Christopher Asselineau, Simmons and Simmons
